Before you sign up
- Do I need my own AI provider account?
- Model access runs through OpenRouter. On managed plans we handle the key; if you self-host, you supply OPENROUTER_API_KEY and pick any model OpenRouter exposes.
- What happens when I run out of conversations?
- The concierge keeps answering and we contact you about moving up a plan. We don't cut off your visitors mid-conversation.
- Can the AI make things up about my business?
- It is instructed to answer only from your knowledge base, and retrieval below a confidence threshold is treated as no answer at all. When it doesn't know, it says so and offers a human.
- Is my data used to train models?
- No. Your knowledge base and conversations stay in your own database. Requests to the model provider are inference-only.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Everything lives in standard PostgreSQL tables, and every record is reachable through the dashboard and the API.
